SCBA Housing Scheme Supervisory Committee Formed
Islamabad: According to a news source, the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has established an oversight committee, which will be presided over by an active Supreme Court judge, to oversee the construction of a housing project for the Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) on Park Road.

The SCBA will help the FGEHA in handling land-related concerns, including litigation matters that are pending in various courts, the executive board determined at its 13th meeting. The proposal will also be carried out in phases, with the first one being the purchase of 4100 kanals of land in Mauza Mohrian.
While the FGEHA completes the development work, the SCBA will assist the FGEHA in acquiring 4100 Kanal of land in Mauza Mohrian as well as land for the construction of a 150-foot-wide access road from Mauza Tamma. The SCBA members will have exclusive use of this land.

Also, the 4100 kanal property will be purchased using one of two methods: price negotiations or a land-sharing formula, with the allottees paying the development costs. Also, 250 of the total plots will be allocated to federal government employees in phase one of the society, with the SCBA receiving compensation for these plots in succeeding phases of the project.
