In the second ODI against South Africa at the Iqbal Stadium in Faisalabad, Pakistan, skipper Shaheen Shah Afridi stated on Thursday that the Green Shirts suffered greatly as a result of dropping catches.
Afridi complimented the resistance displayed by Salman Ali Agha and Saim Ayub during a presentation ceremony, stating, “Saim and Agha have batted well.”
“After losing three wickets early, 270 was a good total,” he stated. We’re going to win the next game.”
It is important to note that Quinton de Kock, a seasoned batter from South Africa, was crowned the game’s best player after scoring an undefeated 123 off 119 balls, including eight boundaries and seven sixes.
