Shahid Afridi Starts Food Campaign for Poor Students
Shahid Afridi has initiated a program aimed at providing food for deserving children enrolled in charity schools in the Sindh province, Pakistan. The goal of this program is to prevent school dropouts and ensure a sustainable future for education in the region.

Afridi, a former cricketer and the founder of SAF, is working towards promoting education in rural areas. His non-profit organization, the Shahid Afridi Foundation, is collaborating with Green Crescent Trust to run a charitable school in a deprived area of Karachi.

Recently, Afridi inaugurated the new building of the school and also revealed plans to adopt government schools with outdated facilities to secure the academic futures of hundreds of students.
Afridi is concerned that between 25-30 million children are not attending school in Pakistan. He is urging charities and non-governmental organizations to work together to address this issue. Furthermore, Afridi intends to approach influential feudal lords in the Sindh province to help enroll millions of underprivileged children from rural areas in the province.
