Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zardari held crucial discussions on a possible in-house change in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) during a meeting at the President House.
The two leaders also reviewed the country’s political situation, key national and regional developments, and security issues. The meeting was attended by Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, and other senior government officials.
Separately, PM Shehbaz launched the Youth Laptop Scheme 2025, pledging to distribute 100,000 laptops on merit. Speaking at the event, he highlighted Pakistan’s need to progress in artificial intelligence (AI) and revealed that Saudi Arabia has offered educational support for Pakistani youth in AI and information technology.
