Sindh High Court Order to Take Actions on Illegal Construction
Before the next hearing, the Sindh High Court ordered that significant illegal buildings be addressed.
On the court’s request, the Sindh High Court heard the two illegal structures in Nazimabad and voiced its displeasure with the SBC’s performance.
Since the SBCA was unable to stop the complaints against illegal buildings that were repeatedly brought before the court, the court asserted.

A personal appearance summons was issued to the petitioner, who was instructed to appear on June 26.
The SBCA study claims that illegal projects would be susceptible to action since they are located on Plot 2C in Azamabad No. 2, where permission was not sought prior to building.
The court ruled that a large operation against unauthorised structures must be completed before the next hearing.
The city has asked the court to forbid the unauthorired buildings, it should be noted.
