The administration has taken a significant initiative to help individuals seeking government jobs in Sindh. The Chief Minister of Sindh has authorized the establishment of the Sindh Job Portal in partnership with the Department of Information, Science, and Technology and IBA.

The provincial government’s hiring procedure will have a centralized platform courtesy of the job site, which will also help eliminate the drawbacks of the current typical approach. For positions in first grade through 15, a secure system will be set up via the Sindh Job Portal.
An automated application submission mechanism, applicant tracking, and real-time data analysis will all be included in the portal. Additionally, those who have completed the Sindh Testing Services (STS) will be associated with it.
Developed using AWS cloud technology, the Sindh Job Portal will provide administrative tools, a simple application process, and a robust security system to safeguard applicant data.
By doing this, jobless Sindhis should be able to obtain government jobs without going to offices. This should enable job seekers to communicate directly with the Sindh government and its recruitment system, notwithstanding the existence of third-party platforms like LinkedIn and other sources.
It is important to note that the portal has merely received approval, and its public launch date needs to be announced. Keep checking back for updates.
