Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 10 is set to resume from May 17 to May 25, following an official announcement by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi. The tournament had been temporarily postponed due to national security concerns amidst escalating regional tensions, but is now making a strong comeback with eight matches scheduled to be played in Lahore and Karachi under strict security protocols.
Chairman Naqvi made the announcement via his official X (formerly Twitter) account, emphasizing the return of the league with the words, “The league is starting again from where it stopped — 6 teams, 0 fear.” His statement alluded to recent military developments, in which Pakistan claimed to have shot down multiple Indian aircraft, including three Rafale jets, a Sukhoi SU-30, a MiG-29, and a drone, between the night of May 6 and 7. No Pakistani aircraft was reportedly lost, while India has yet to respond to the allegations.
