State Land Cleared in Operation Against Encroachment
Mirpurkhas: To free the irrigation departments’ land from land squatters, the civil administration conducted an anti-encroachment operation along the Jarwari Shakh embankments with the assistance of the police.

Shahida Perveen, the assistant commissioner for Mirpurkhas, oversaw the operation as representatives from the tax, irrigation, and survey departments located unlawful structures and demolished them using excavators despite resistance from encroachers.
Three cement shops, a multistory building, and a large number of thatched businesses were among the illegal constructions.

To give residents of a building time to move household things to safe locations, the officer halted the operation for two hours.
An earlier comparable operation was conducted in Kot Ghulam Mohammad Taluka along the banks of Kot Ghulam Mohammad river.
According to sources, the assistant commissioner of the municipality oversaw the use of excavators to destroy dozens of stores and motels.
