The real estate community in Azad Kashmir took an important step toward improved governance and transparency as the newly formed Federation of Real Estate and Builders held its official oath-taking ceremony. Among the key participants was Syed Sadat Hussain Shah, who emphasized that strong institutions and clear regulations are essential for building public trust in the real estate sector.
