The real estate community in Azad Kashmir took an important step toward improved governance and transparency as the newly formed Federation of Real Estate and Builders held its official oath-taking ceremony. The event brought together prominent business leaders, developers, and community representatives committed to promoting ethical practices and ensuring better services for property buyers.
Among the key participants was Syed Sadat Hussain Shah, who emphasized that strong institutions and clear regulations are essential for building public trust in the real estate sector. He noted that Pakistan’s property market has tremendous potential, but its progress depends on responsible leadership, transparent operations, and strict accountability.
