Successful Applicants of Naya Pakistan Apartments Announced
Lahore: According to the Lahore Development Authority’s (LDA) official Facebook page, the names of the 2,000 selected candidates who would receive LDA City Naya Pakistan Flats have been released.

According to reports, the names of the selected candidates have been given to the Bank of Punjab, which would be providing the allottees with letters of comfort.
Those who have been given flats and need more assistance can apply to NAPHDA. The down payment requirement for those who pass NAPHDA screening is simply 10%, while the need for the remainder applicants is 21%.
After taking possession, the balance for the units will be paid in monthly installments.

The 2,000 flats up for vote in this poll, out of a total of 4,000, will be given to current government workers. The remaining 2,000 units, according to Naya Pakistan Housing & Development Authority (NAPHDA), will be provided to non-government workers.
The 4,000 apartments are a part of the first phase of the government’s announcement of 35,000 LDA City Naya Pakistan Apartments.
As many as 13,277 applications were submitted, according to the LDA. Recently, applications from government workers with monthly incomes of PKR 50,000 or more were requested in order to purchase these apartments for PKR 2.7 million.
