According to a post on the Facebook page of the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) in Quetta, the vote for Early Bird Files, 5-marla Marketing Files, and 1-kanal Allocation Files would be held soon. The authority, on the other hand, has not publicized the ballot date; it has instead solicited recommendations from interested parties regarding an appropriate date.

It is anticipated that the Early Bird Files, 1-kanal Allocation Files, and 5-marla Marketing Files will be voted on concurrently. The authorities has requested registered property sellers and buyers to affirm via another Facebook post whether the file being sold to them (now) would be included in a future poll. They urged buyers and dealers from making any sort of payment (token or down payment), signing a stamp/paper, or transferring allocation files before receiving confirmation from the DHA Quetta’s main office.
