Thal Ltd. to Set a Plant to Produce Polypropylene Bags in Center
An official announcement claims that House of Habib subsidiary Thal Ltd. is investing Rs. 1.7 billion in the construction of an effective facility to produce woven polypropylene bags.

This cutting-edge facility, which can produce 90 million bags annually, was purchased directly from German manufacturers Windmoller and Holscher.
According to Syed Umair Ahmed, the CEO of Thal PPD, Thal Ltd. would make use of its knowledge and years of experience to help meet Pakistan’s expanding need for polypropylene bags for secure storage and the supply of important crops and other goods.
