Tom Holland has officially wrapped filming his fourth Spider-Man film, Spider-Man: Brand New Day, marking the end of production on one of Marvel’s most anticipated projects.

Director Destin Daniel Cretton confirmed the news on Saturday via an Instagram post, sharing behind-the-scenes photos from the set. In a heartfelt message, Cretton called the film “the biggest, most rewarding” project of his career and thanked the cast and crew for their dedication and creativity.

In his note, Cretton highlighted the collaborative spirit behind the film, applauding the cast for bringing iconic characters to life and the crew for their tireless efforts throughout the shoot.

“To our amazing cast… and to our unbelievable crew,” he wrote, emphasizing the teamwork that carried the project to completion.

Cretton reserved particular appreciation for Holland, praising his professionalism, leadership, and commitment to the role.

“And of course, to @tomholland2013, for your kind, generous leadership on and off screen,” he wrote, commending the actor’s “relentless work ethic” and “fearless performances.” Photos shared alongside the post showed Holland wearing flower garlands as he celebrated with the crew.

Production on Spider-Man: Brand New Day began in August, with several sequences shot in Glasgow, Scotland. Filming was briefly paused in September after Holland suffered a mild concussion during a stunt, but he returned to the set in early October, allowing the shoot to stay on track.

The film marks Holland’s first solo Spider-Man outing since Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021). He once again stars alongside Zendaya, who is also his real-life fiancée, adding further excitement for fans ahead of the movie’s release.
