On Sunday, tremors with a magnitude of 3.8 were reported in Turbat and Gwadar.
The Seismological Center reports that the earthquake occurred at a depth of 76 kilometers. Thirteen kilometers to the southwest of Turbat was its epicenter.
Residents were alarmed by the vibrations, but no fatalities or property damage have been reported.
On Friday afternoon, Karachi and the surrounding areas experienced mild tremors.
The seismic monitoring center reported that the earthquake’s Richter scale value was 2.2. The earthquakes were detected at 3:39 p.m., with the epicenter situated 24 kilometers north of DHA.
There were no reported casualties or damage.
