UAE airports ban certain hand carry items, see the new rules

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has approved the appointment of two new ambassadors to represent Pakistan in the United Arab Emirates and Russia. The decision was made following recommendations from Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar as part of efforts to strengthen Pakistan’s diplomatic presence.

Shafqat Ali Khan has been appointed as Pakistan’s new ambassador to the UAE. He is currently serving as the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and will replace Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, who has been reassigned to Moscow. Shafqat Ali Khan is an experienced diplomat with multiple international postings and is recognized for his strong communication skills and expertise in building bilateral relations.

Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, who has been serving as Pakistan’s envoy to the UAE, will now take charge as ambassador to Russia. His posting comes at a time when Pakistan aims to enhance political, economic, and trade ties with Moscow. The new appointments reflect Islamabad’s focus on boosting foreign relations with key global partners.
