Vivo has expanded its flagship X-series with the launch of the vivo X200T, positioning it as a more affordable option without compromising on premium features. The new device brings Zeiss-branded cameras, a high-end display, and a large battery with both fast wired and wireless charging.

The vivo X200T features a premium metal frame with glass on both the front and back, along with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. On the front, it sports a 6.67-inch Zeiss Colour Master AMOLED display with 10-bit colour support, a 120Hz refresh rate, and peak brightness of up to 5,000 nits. The panel is protected by Schott glass and is offered in Stellar Black and Seaside Lilac colour options.

Under the hood, the phone is powered by MediaTek’s 3nm Dimensity 9400+ chipset, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM. Storage options include 256GB and 512GB of UFS 4.1. On the software side, the device runs Android 16-based OriginOS 6, with Vivo promising five years of Android updates and seven years of security updates.

In the camera department, the vivo X200T comes equipped with a triple 50-megapixel Zeiss camera setup. The primary camera uses a 50MP 1/1.56-inch Sony LYT702 wide-angle sensor, supported by a 50MP 15mm autofocus ultra-wide camera based on a JN1 sensor, and a 50MP 70mm telephoto camera offering 3x optical zoom using a Sony LYT600 sensor. For selfies, the phone features a 32MP front camera with an f/2.0 aperture.

The device packs a 6,200mAh semi-solid-state third-generation silicon anode battery. Charging options include 90W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging, along with bypass charging support to reduce battery wear during heavy usage.

The vivo X200T is available in two configurations: 12GB RAM with 256GB storage priced at $659, and 12GB RAM with 512GB storage priced at $769.
