PMD Warns of Heatwave in South, Rain and Winds in North
Pakistan’s weather is splitting in two this week — while Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) prepare for rain and gusty winds, Sindh and Balochistan will continue to sizzle under intense heat and dry conditions, according to a fresh forecast from the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD).
The PMD revealed that parts of KP and Punjab may see scattered rain, windstorms, and cooler evenings, bringing relief from the ongoing heatwave in central Pakistan.
