Islamabad: Why don’t housing societies allot plot numbers in exchange for a deposit? It’s one of those questions that a customer might have before investing in real estate in a housing society. It takes time to assign a plot to a resident. It goes through numerous stages of the procedure. Thus, societies are unable to assign plot numbers based on down payments.
