Work on Road Dualization in Pakistan – Al Sadat Marketing
Gujrat commenced dualisation of the 51-kilometer route connecting Mandi Bahauddin with GT Road and the city of Sara-i-Alamgir.

The federal government approved the Rs 6 billion project to transform the existing two-way road into a dual carriageway. It has been delegated to the Punjab Communication and Works Department for execution.
Haji Imtiaz Ahmed Chaudhary, a member of the House of Representatives for the PTI, proposed the program, which is currently included in the current budget for development.

As the majority of the road’s length runs along the bank of Upper Jhelum Canal, an official of the district administration of Mandi told Dawn that the project would be carried out in six distinct phases from King Road Chowk to Sara-i-Alamgir.
