10 Projects of Rs 3.8 Billion Completed in City
Syed Murad Ali Shah, the chief minister of Karachi, stated that his administration had launched 20 megaprojects totaling Rs 5.78 billion in the city, of which 10 projects costing Rs 3.8 billion had already been finished. The remaining 10 projects, which would cost Rs 1.78 billion, would ideally be finished by the end of the fiscal year.

Mr. Shah continued, “I want to bolster Karachi Development Authority by providing them with a rescue package.
This was mentioned by him when he presided over a meeting at CM House to examine the status of megaprojects.
The city’s automotive traffic would be streamlined by building flyovers and underpasses, rehabilitating crumbling storm drains, and installing new water pipelines to supply district West with water, according to the chief minister. These projects will cost Rs 5.78 billion in total.
He gave the local government minister the order to demolish a structure built along the route in order to open the road turning from Khaliquzzaman Road to Sunset Boulevard and beautify the underpass.
