The management was asked to improve their customer management relationship with CSC’s members and sales partners. The CSC developers have established a discount policy effective from November 1st to November 30th, 2023, in response to requests and suggestions. Remember that the CSC Discount Policy expires on November 30; take advantage of it.

The details of the November 2023 Capital Smart City Discount Policy are listed below:
- Plots for residential and commercial use will receive a 2% discount on each installment that is past due or unpaid.
- CSC members will receive a 4% discount on the total amount of each advance installment for commercial and residential plots.
- A discount of up to three installments is available to CSC members.
- Members will receive a 7% discount when they reserve new plots and make a 50% down payment.
- Members who book new plots and pay a 100% down payment will receive a 12% discount.
- It is important to remember that the aforementioned policy covers credit card, cash, and online transactions. Applying the discount policy to Smart Villas and Villas Apartments is impossible. It is appropriate for plots in the Capital Smart City that are both residential and commercial.
