ABAD Demanding One Window Operation in Karachi for NOCs
Karachi: On Tuesday, November 30, 2021, the Association of Builders and Developers of Pakistan (ABAD) met with Governor Sindh, according to our correspondents. They have requested that a one-window operation be established up to issue the No Objection Certificates (NOC) for real estate projects in Karachi. Governor Sindh Imran Ismail.
The Supreme Court made the decision to destroy all private projects. ABAD devised a strategy to legalize Sindh’s illegal housing societies and other real estate constructions to address this. Mohsin Sheikhani, the chairman of ABAD, traveled to see Governor Sindh with a delegation to explain the difficulties the construction industry is facing.
The establishment of a regularization commission for construction and housing projects in Sindh, similar to that in Punjab, was the main topic of discussion during the conference. The ABAD chairman made the request for a single point of contact for NOC, which will help the real estate sector.

Soon, a delegation from ABAD will visit with PM Imran Khan to request his assistance in issuing NOCs for Sindh.
