AJK Admin, Police Requested to Maintain Liaison During Elections
Muzaffarabad: Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Chief Secretary Shakil Qadir Khan has urged the civil administration, police, and other institutions to maintain full coordination so that law and order are maintained during the forthcoming elections.

According to the chief secretary, he is in constant communication with the federal government regarding the security situation, and army personnel and civil armed forces will be sent immediately in accordance with the security plan.
In the event of an emergency, officials might use the monies placed at their disposal in accordance with applicable guidelines, he added, adding that control rooms would be established at each district headquarters.
Similarly, he stated, a media strategy would be devised so that no fake or false news would be broadcast during the media houses’ scramble for breaking news.
