Applications for Commercial Plots in LDA City’s Jinnah Sector
The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) is accepting applications for commercial plots in the LDA City Jinnah Sector, according to an advertisement. Applications will be accepted online between 16 August 2021 and 15 September 2021.

According to the advertisement, the following are the most relevant details for applicants:
Application processing charge that is non-refundable:
- PKR 10,000 for plots up to 8 Marla in size
- PKR 15,000 for a land ranging in size from 8 to 15 Marla
- 20,000 Pakistani Rupees for properties larger than 15 Marla
- Befiler is transforming the culture of tax filing in Pakistan.
Successful applicants must provide a 20% deposit within 30 days after the balloting date.
- The remaining balance will be paid in two-year payments.
- 10% discount on one-time plot purchase payment
- The announcement further disclosed that applicants may submit multiple applications for different categories of plots.
