Balloting Phase 1 DHA Gujranwala Announces the Date
Gujranwala: The Defense Housing Authority Gujranwala management has released on their official social media page the date for the first site for ballot Phase 1 for both commercial and residential plots.

According to the information supplied, the first Phase 1 site ballot will be held on October 8. The administration of the authority has also indicated that the election results will be posted on the DHA Gujranwala’s official website within twenty-four hours.
The management replied that all residential and commercial categories will be included in this poll when asked which files will be included. The ballot will include all files for 5 Marla residential plots, but only partial fully-paid files for 10 Marla and 1 Kanal residential plots. The event will be televised live to ensure the proceedings are transparent.

In order to accommodate the purchasers and members, the construction work in the housing plan is also being completed quickly.
Previously, in August, the authority held a draw for its 5, 6, and 10 Marla villas, hybrid and luxury flats, and 4, 8 Marla commercial sites. In other developments of a similar nature, the authorities provided a virtual tour of the three-sized hybrid luxury flats to offer prospective buyers an idea of the unit layouts.
