Bridgelinx has Raised $10 million
Lahore-based digital freight marketplace BridgeLinx said today that it has raised $10 million in Pakistan’s largest seed round. The deal was headed by Harry Stebbings’ 20 VC, Josh Buckley’s Buckley Ventures, and Indus Valley Capital, and is one of the region’s largest seed deals.

BridgeLinx is an online marketplace that helps businesses transfer freight by connecting them with carriers (truckers, owner-operators, transporters, and private fleets). Muhammad Saad, Ahsan Tanveer, Abbas Hassan, and Salman Gul created it in late 2020.
There are a lot of internationally and locally sponsored startups in Pakistan’s transportation business. BridgeLinx announced in a press release that with this seed round, it has become the nation’s most well-capitalized freight marketplace.

Some regional businesses who have joined Pakistan in the past eighteen months have raised more capital, but they are investing it in a range of sectors.
According to BridgeLinx, the funds will be used to “consolidate its position as industry leader by increasing its product stack and expanding across more verticals, segments, and lanes.”
