Business Plan Drafted to Lift OLMT’s Revenue
Lahore: According to a news source from March 23 the Punjab government has created a business plan to improve the revenue for Orange Line Metro Train (OLMT).

The provincial government intends to lease 27 stations to potential tenants in order to reduce revenue losses and increase project profitability. The lease for these stations will be for a year. The design also calls for the development of retail spaces at various stops.
It was reported that the companies would be in charge of maintaining and caring for these Orange Line Metro Train stations.
The decline in OLMT ridership has been ascribed to people choosing private transportation options and observing safety precautions in light of the pandemic.
