Islamabad: The Capital Smart City officials finally announced the balloting date for the most awaited Overseas Central Block. The balloting procedure is due to limitation of Acknowledge Receipts.

Capital Smart City’s Overseas Block is a unique addition to the housing society. The overseas section of Capital Smart City was unveiled by officials in February 2018. The luxury block of the housing society offers the most sumptuous and exquisite amenities in a tranquil setting, aimed to attract foreign investors.

According to news reports, Future Development Holdings Pvt. Ltd. officials sent a letter with the reference number FDHL/M&S/08/22/043 on February 12, 2022. In an official letter, the owners of Capital Smart City thanked their financiers and selling member for their modesty and patience during the voting procedure. Due to the unavailability of the Acknowledgment Receipt for an additional month, the balloting date is extended by a month. According to news sources, the Capital Smart City Overseas Block balloting is anticipated to occur on March 12, 2022.
