The Privatization Division summarized the approval of a reserve price for the privatization of the Services International Hotel, Lahore, according to specifics. The additional secretary informed the committee that the valuation process adhered to all statutory requirements.
Following careful consideration, the committee approved the reserve price suggested by the Privatization Commission for the sale of Services International Hotel.
According to a previous instruction of the CCoP meeting held on January 4, 2021, the Privatization Division provided numerous ideas for the award of management contracts for the efficient operation of DISCOs.
