Capital Development Authority (CDA) issued the Multi Gardens B-17 Islamabad planning NOC in 2010. The relevant authorities also approved the NOC of this authority, and Multi Gardens B17 Islamabad was an entirely legalized society by 2018.
Given that several Blocks of the society are located outside of Islamabad, it is important to note that the Rawalpindi Development Authority (RDA) has approved the layout designs for various blocks of the MPCHS Multi Gardens B-17 Islamabad.
