CDA Approves Design Plans for Two Parking Plazas in Blue Area
Amer Ali, the chairman of the Capital Development Authority (CDA), reportedly gave his approval to the plans for two parking lots out of a total of six. The project would cost PKR 35.8 million and should be finished in eight months, according to CDA papers.

On 1.5 acres of land, one of the parking plazas with 900 vehicle parking capacity will be built close to Centaurs Mall. The parking lot will also include a snack court, a drive-in theatre, and a rooftop football field.
On a 120 x 170 square foot parcel close to the Khyber Plaza Blue Area, the second parking plaza will be constructed. A rooftop open seating space will be available in the plaza, which can accommodate 300 automobiles.

The facilities will be offered for approval in the upcoming CDA’s Development Working Party, according to the meeting’s chairman (DWP). He further stated that after the tendering procedure is through, the work will begin in July.
He also mentioned the construction of four additional parking facilities in the F-8 and F10 Blue region. Additionally, it was stated that 10% of the plaza will be used for commercial purposes to help pay for building expenses.
