CDA Dismantles Illegal Construction in Islamabad’s Sector F-11
Islamabad: To stop encroachment and illegal development in Islamabad, an anti-encroachment operation is now underway and is being led by Captain Noor ul Amin Mengal, Chairman of the Federal Development Agency (Capital Development Authority CDA).
In this regard, significant operations were carried out in sector F-11, Bhika Syedan, to clear encroachments on public property. The Information Directorate, Land and Restoration, Islamabad Administration, and Islamabad Police all took part in the operation.

According to information, heavy machinery was used to demolish 15 four walls, which were built on government property in Sector F-11, Bhika Syedan, and had 133 rooms, 35 baths, 30 kitchens, and 23 gates.
The objective of the operation is to complete development work by removing encroachment on newly acquired land for sectors.
On this occasion, Chairman CDA emphasised that after the encroachment has been eliminated, the remaining development works in Sector F-11, Bhika Syedan, should be completed as soon as practical.
He continued by saying that the effort to prevent the invasion of recently acquired land for sectors will continue objectively.
For a number of months, the CDA administration has been carrying out operations against unauthorized construction and encroachment, which has resulted in the loss of government land worth billions of rupees.
