Enhanced Financial Management with SAP System
To strengthen financial accountability, CDA has approved the SAP double-entry accounting system. Officials have been instructed to compile a complete asset record by the end of the fiscal year, alongside a corporate-style financial report detailing achievements and targets.
To ensure seamless execution, CDA will sign an MoU with the Controller General of Pakistan next week for SAP implementation. A special committee, led by Member Finance, has also been formed to identify rented CDA properties in Islamabad.
