Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority’s Building Control Directorate has introduced a cutting-edge fast-track service that is completely changing how residents receive facilities. The CDA is currently making sure that development plans at the facilitation centre are approved quickly, starting on Monday.
Residential buildings up to 356 yards will be approved under this updated procedure in two days, provided they have the necessary paperwork and pay an extra $20,000. Larger residential structures measuring more than 356 yards will require a 30,000 thousand approval fee.

Moreover, clearance for commercial buildings up to 10,000 square yards would be granted in three days. Citizens no longer have to stand in different lines for these matters because an exclusive desk has been established. For the convenience of the public, comfortable seating has been provided in the center.
To expedite the evaluation of their case, users of the fast-track service can move to the appropriate desk based on their number after obtaining a token.
Residents at the CDA Facilitation Centre will enjoy shorter wait times and won’t have to wait in large lines thanks to the fast-track service. There won’t be any needless delays after the required paper documentation is finished; cases will be granted quickly. Notably, the Fast Track Services program is the first of its kind in the nation, and there are future plans to expand its reach to additional desks.
