Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has initiated action to seal the office of Bahria Town over alleged violations of approved planning and regulatory requirements.
The action relates to Bahria Town Phase III-E & IV, where CDA records show that the layout plan was approved, while the scheme’s NOC is listed as “Not Issued.” The authority has also issued several show-cause notices regarding alleged non-compliance.

CDA has raised concerns over land-use violations and changes involving areas designated for public amenities. The latest move comes as part of wider enforcement action against several private housing societies in Islamabad.
Important: The latest reports indicate that CDA has directed or initiated sealing action. This does not necessarily mean the Bahria Town office has already been physically sealed.
