Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) is set to auction 15 hotel plots across prime locations of Islamabad on 23rd and 24th September 2026, offering opportunities for hotel developers and commercial property investors.
The open auction will begin at 10:00 AM at Gandhara Citizen Club, F-9 Park, Islamabad, under the CDA’s Directorate of Estate Management-II.
The advertised plots are located in areas including F-5/1, D-12 Markaz, F-7/G-8, E-11 Northern Strip, Murree Road and Srinagar Highway. The offering includes five-star hotel plots, deluxe hotel opportunities and other designated hotel sites.
According to the auction advertisement, CDA is offering a one-year flexible payment plan, while possession may be available after 75% payment, subject to the specified bank guarantee conditions. The advertisement also mentions rebates for eligible early and USD payments.
Overseas Pakistanis have also been specifically considered, with the advertisement mentioning payment through Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA) and local banking channels.
