CDA to Create Wing for Bye-Law Implementation
Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Board understood that it was necessary to oversee a broad agenda with a focus on enhancing control. A Building Control Wing with qualified staff has been established, according to CDA Chairman Captain (R) Noor Ul Amin Mengal. The implementation of legal building in Islamabad would be ensured by these bye-laws.

With two Supervisors and one Assistant Director (AD), the wing will have 50 teams. The crew will make sure that no buildings are built in Islamabad illegally. Additionally, the Board has approved the 2002 Building Control Bye-Laws and Regulations of the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT).
These are primarily associated with the IJP and Murree Road projects. Additionally, the Floor Area Ration (FAR) was increased from 1,500 to 3,000 square yards. The Board also approved the allocation of educational plots in Zones 2, 4, and 5 for a 33-year lease.
