CDA to Introduce Eleven New Uplift Developments in May
Eleven development projects totaling Rs 137,216,695 have been proposed by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) to improve residential areas and recreational areas in the nation’s capital.

The opening of the tenders for these development projects is scheduled for May, after which the responsibility of finishing them within the allotted time frame will be given to the chosen firms.
The development projects include soft landscaping of parks in sector D-12, beautification of the Srinagar Highway (from Zero Point to Golra Interchange), purchase of horticulture equipment for the Peshawar Morr Interchange, construction of a jogging track in a greenbelt between sectors F-11 and G-11, development of a park in sector I-16, development of a park in sector I-14/1, development of a park in sector I-14/2, development of a park in

The city authority has already spent money on a number of development projects that are almost finished, which is relevant to highlight here.
The overview of these projects has already received approval from the CDA Board, and after the tendering procedure is over, funding will also be made available.
According to a representative, the fundamental objective of the planned development projects is to preserve and enhance the natural beauty of this green capital.
