CM Gives Approval for Elevated Expressway

Lahore: Chief Minister Usman Buzdar approved the construction of an elevated road from Gulberg to the M2 motorway.

In addition, he launched 64 new eco-friendly buses for the Lahore Metro bus service.

The highway will traverse Canal Bank Road, Jail Road, Ferozepur Road, Multan Road, and Bund Road to reach Babu Sabu. Alongside, a bus corridor will also be developed.

The chief minister, presiding over a meeting, stated that this initiative would facilitate the everyday movement of inhabitants by reducing traffic on important routes by 65 percent.
