CM Orders Timely Completion of Project Feasibility Reports
Peshawar: Chief Minister Mahmood Khan has instructed the relevant authorities to expedite the completion of PC-Is, feasibility studies, and other requirements for projects proposed for inclusion in the Public Sector Development Programme 2022-23.

According to a statement released here on Sunday, the chief minister stated that all of these projects’ conditions must be met and submitted to the appropriate federal forum by March 2022.
In addition, he instructed the appropriate officials to establish a framework for close coordination with the relevant federal agencies to secure the inclusion of major provincial projects in the next PSDP.
The chief minister stated that mega projects of public importance for all four regions and the newly united districts must be included in the upcoming PSDP.

The chief minister stated that the required efforts must be taken to incorporate these megaprojects, which were not reflected in the current PSDP, into the next PSDP. He stated that the Provincial Development Working Party must approve all proposed projects for the upcoming PSDP by December of this year.
In this context, the relevant departmental liaisons have also been alerted. Regular meetings are held with federal officials to ensure that the process for include Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s priority projects in the next PSDP is completed on schedule.
