Completion of Central Business District Phase 1 by Coming April
The Lahore Central Business District’s phase-1 construction is projected to be finished by April 2022, according to the most recent reports.

According to the supplied information, phase-I will consist of 12 towers, each 500 feet tall, dividing Lahore from neighboring cities. The Lahore Central Business District Development Authority (LCBDDA) is now in discussion with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) to increase the building height limit to more than 500 feet to attract more investors.

PM Imran Kahn inaugurated the central business district at Walton Airport on February 26. He said that the project would help the government earn revenue to pay off foreign loans. The district is allotted a total of 278 acres of land, 122 of which are located along Ferozepur Road.

When discussing the pace of the construction, an official indicated that the contractor had been asked to complete all development work (except for underground regions) by April 2022.
