CPEC Projects will Make Pakistan Self-Reliant in Energy
Lt. General (retired) Asim Saleem Bajwa, chairman of the CPEC Authority, declared on Saturday that the Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) energy project is nearing completion, according to official sources.

The completion of these projects will have a significant impact and contribute 17,000 MW of electricity to the national grid, making Pakistan energy and electricity independent and self-sufficient.
Lt. General (retired) Asim Saleem Bajwa stated that a large number of tech organisations would be established in the vicinity of the Special Economic Zones (SEZs) being constructed as part of the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), thereby training the youth for employment in the CPEC.

Bajwa tweeted, “Preparing youth for employment in CPEC projects is our top priority under (the) comprehensive plan, and the Gwadar Technical Institute, which will serve new industries in a free zone, will soon be operational.”
