Deadline to Apply APHDA Subsidy for LDA City Apartments
According to a Facebook post, the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has asked the 2,000 allottees of LDA Naya Pakistan Housing Apartments to register for the subsidy granted by the Naya Pakistan Housing & Development Authority (NAPHDA).

According to the advertisement, NAPHDA would provide a PKR 0.3 million subsidy to 2,000 government employees who just won a ballot for an apartment in the LDA Naya Pakistan Apartments project.
The assigned unit is approximately 650 square feet in size and will cost $2.7 million. According to the authority’s prior announcement, applicants who receive the additional NAPHDA subsidy will be required to pay a 10% down payment, while those who do not will be required to pay a 21% down payment, with monthly instalments payable after possession.

The application deadline for the subsidy is June 25, after which the NAPHDA will analyse the application to determine eligibility. According to the LDA, all relevant information, including bank account information, is conveniently available on the website.
