Development Package for Gilgit-baltistan Approved
Islamabad: A development plan for Gilgit-Baltistan (GB) was approved at a high-level meeting presided over by Prime Minister Imran Khan, according to a news source.

The event was attended by the GB Chief Minister Khalid Khurshid, Minister for Planning Asad Umar, Minister for Finance Muhammad Hammad Azhar, Minister for Communications Murad Saeed, Minister for Information Technology Aminul Haq, and other relevant officials.
The GB boost package will open up prospects for locals to find work and will pave the path for the region’s development, according to the information made public. The project is anticipated to be revealed by PM Khan during his future trip to Great Britain.

The prime minister emphasized to the audience that Gilgit-development Baltistan’s is a priority for the government.
