DHA Bahawalpur Launches Plots on Installments
According to a post on the authority’s official Facebook page, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Bahawalpur administration has launched affordable instalment programmes for residential and commercial sites.

According to the information in the post, residential plots are available in sizes of 5, 8, 10, and 1 Kanal, while commercial plots are available in sizes of 2 and 5 marla. These plots may be reserved between October 17 and November 15. Members can even apply online via application forms on the authority’s website.
As previously noted, payment terms for the plots span three years. The administration of DHA Bahawalpur has also provided members with discounts. Here are the particulars of the discounts:
- 2.5% of the payment schedule over two years
- 5% off the annual payment plan
- 10% discount on lump sum payments paid within three months of the deposit
