DHA City Karachi Offers Packages to Incentivize Constructions
According to a statement on the authority’s Facebook page, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Karachi administration has offered development incentives and gifts for property owners.

According to the specifics, the administration issued a package of incentives to stimulate the construction of residences in DHA City Karachi. The following are the package’s specifications:
- 100% exemption from development fees for all types of developments finished by December 2022
- Permission to build an additional floor if the grey structure in Commercial Building (C5) and Central Business District (CBD) is finished by December 2022.
- Permission to add an extra bedroom and bathroom to residences completed prior to December 2022.
- The District Commissioner of Hyderabad has ordered the prompt completion of uplift programs.
- One child per family will receive a full scholarship at DHA Suffa University for the first 50 families to move to DHA City (South)
In addition, the DHA Karachi administration announced the building of sub-offices of the Transfer and Record and Town Planning & Building Control Directorates to better serve the society’s distinguished residents.
