DHA Multan Agents Must Get Registered with FBR
Through a Facebook post uploaded on the housing society’s official Facebook page, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan administration directed real estate agents to register with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Under the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2010, all DHA Multan dealers are required to register as Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions (DNFBPs). They also said that registration is required for the transfer of immovable property by all real estate agents, development agencies, cooperative housing authorities, and housing schemes.

Infringers will be charged under the anti-money laundering and anti-terror funding laws. The government has mandated that all real estate brokers register with FBR. This new approach will aid in the eradication of corruption and provide dealers with a secure operating environment.
