DHA Multan Announces Development, Utility Charges
According to the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan administration’s Facebook page, incentive programmes for utilities and development fees have been implemented for Sector H members.
The specifics are as follows:

| completing the construction within 13 to 14 months | 80% | October 31, 2022 |
| completing the construction within 15 to 16 months | 60% | December 31, 2022 |
| completing the construction within 17 to 18 months | 50% | February 28, 2023 |

The information on the waiver of utility fees upon completion of many units within a year is as follows:

Meanwhile, DHA Multan has disclosed a six-month extension for members wishing to request a waiver of development fees in Sectors M, Q, R, and U. The specifics are as follows:

The mosque was recently constructed and occupies an area of 8,082 square feet. It has a distinctive architecture and modern amenities. There will be room for 100 individuals, including men and women, in the mosque. In addition, the mosque will include 3 entrances, 30 car parking spaces, and a residence space for the Khateeb.
