According to a message published on the authority’s official Facebook page, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has recently announced exciting new incentives for all of its members. According to the announcement, the DHA Multan administration has implemented a new discount program for plot and villa owners who prefer to make early payments.

According to the current information, members will be subject to the new rebate program under specific conditions. The following are the conditions:
Partial installment payments will not be eligible for rebate.
For payments to qualify for the rebate program, they must be at least:
- A quarter in advance (quarterly payment).
- 2 quarters in ahead (semi-annual plan).
- DHA Multan announces a new deal for plots with a three-year payment schedule.
