DHA Multan’s ‘Updated Town Plan’ Unveiled
According to a video posted on the society’s Facebook page, the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan administration introduced the “Updated Town Plan” at the possession transfer ceremony for 2-kanal plots in Sector A.

The Project Director, Brig. Shoaib Anwar Kayani, discussed the new town plan during the ceremony. According to the other information provided, the following are the enhancements to the Town Plan:
- Matital Road provides direct access to Rumanza through a 150-foot road
- The redesign of W1 and W2
- Expansion of Sector B1 – addition of about 1,500 10 marla plots
- Total redesign of Sectors W1 and W2
- Several monuments added
- Enhanced connectivity and traffic flow
- Growth of Education and Health City
In addition, the Project Director, Brigadier General Shoaib Kayani, unveiled the new designs for Sectors W1 and W2. The following are the specifics:
- There are 4,300 plots in W1 and W2 combined. Theme Park will be constructed on 25 acres of land.
- On 25 acres of land, 80 feet of road will surround the Sports Complex and Theme Park.
- Four to five parks are to be constructed in each sector.
- Check: DHA Successful applicants’ names are submitted to the website for the Multan Ballot 2021.
Increased amount of WAPDA-owned 2 marla commercial plots omitted from the design
